The fitness industry has often led people to believe they need to conform to a specific body ideal or force themselves into gruelling workouts. But that's not how I approach fitness. My goal is to teach sustainable, enjoyable movement in an environment that is safe, empowering, and judgment-free.
I’m passionate about breaking free from the cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all approach to fitness. The traditional fitness world is often toxic—focused more on aesthetics and extremes than on true health and wellness. I’ve made it my mission to step away from everything I was taught in the past and pave my own way in the world of fitness, focusing on movement that heals, strengthens, and energizes without unnecessary strain or shame.
You are not a size to reach or a project to fix. I don't believe in exercise that has to be painful. People aren't always exercising to reach a certain size; movement is about mental health, not punishing yourself for what you ate or did the day before.
